Take your virtual experience with fellow students to the next level! For the first time ever, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is offering a two day Farm-To-Table® Experience at Rustic Road Farms in Elburn, IL. Owned by former chef Marc Bernard and Luis Bernard, their 18-acre farm produces heirloom pigs, free-range chickens, pasture-raised eggs, organic produce, and several honey-producing bee hives.

Here’s a bit of what we have planned:
