Burlington, Vermont | Pastry Arts Student Experience
Thursday, October 3 - Sunday, October 6, 2019
Invited: ONLY ONLINE PASTRY ARTS STUDENTS AND ALUMNI

Vermont in autumn revels in outdoor beauty with its fall foliage, but it is also home to unique small towns where well-known and highly respected baking and pastry production calls home.

Between October 3-6, 2019, join Chef Anne, Chef Paul and Chef Gena on an exploration of northern Vermont through the eyes of a baker!

Escoffier students will embark on a private tour of Lake Champlain chocolates production facility and enjoy a product sampling. After enjoying lunch in Stowe, VT, we will tour the Ben & Jerry’s factory as well as a stop at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill and Cabot Cheese Factory Outlet. The group will enjoy dinner back in Burlington with the Chef hosts.

On Saturday, get ready for a truly unique experience as we take a 4-hour hands-on class at King Arthur Flour, “The Magic of Wild Yeast,” led by their expert instructors at their location in Norwich. Dinner in Burlington with the Chef hosts will wrap up the weekend.
