With its progressive culture and expansive terrain, Colorado is well-known as a leader in farm-to-table cuisine. That’s why we invite you to experience the movement first-hand. In this unique 3-day workshop, we’ll dine at one of Colorado’s finest nose-to tail restaurants, travel to Fort Collins to spend the day getting our hands dirty at Three Sisters Farm and Ranch and a self-guided tour of Denver's Central Market, one of the area’s newest artisan retailers. This is a unique opportunity to get closer to the bone and see where your food comes from.

Menu of Events:

Day 1 | Friday, September 20
+ Travel to Denver, Colorado and settle into your hotel (listed below)* Check in time is 3 pm.
+ 5:00 -7:00 pm: Meet and Greet Happy Hour at The Butcher’s Bistro. Walk to The Butcher’s Bistro or grab an uber for our Meet and Greet. The walk is about 21 minutes through a lovely part of Denver’s RiNo District. Offal appetizers and one complimentary drink.

Day 2 | Saturday, September 21
+ Breakfast on your own
+ 8:15 am: Van departs from the La Quinta hotel
+ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm: Farm Day at Three Sisters Farm and Ranch in Wellington, CO. We’ll be spending the day on the farm, feeding chickens, helping tend plants, watching our master butcher, Tyson, fabricate a pig, and cooking a delicious lunch from all the wonderful foods grown there.
+ 4:30 pm - Van departs Three Sisters Farm to return you to the La Quinta hotel
+ Dinner on your own

Day 3 | Sunday, September 22
+ Travel back home
+ 9:00 - 11:00 am: Breakfast stroll through Denver Central Market. For those who need to leave, you will want to make your own arrangements back to the airport. For those with a later departure, please join us for a self-guided tour of Denver Central Market. This is a leisurely, half-hour stroll to one of the newest concepts in the food world. We will tour the market and then settle in for a little grub.
+ La Quinta check out is by 12:00 pm
